How can I Raise Return Request?
Please email us at support@ritualstyles.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Our customer support team will get back to you within 48 hours to assist you with the return process.
Who Pays the Shipping Charges for Returned Products?
- For serviceable locations, we offer a free reverse pick-up through our logistics partners. The return pickup will be scheduled within 2–5 business days of placing the request.
- If reverse pickup is not available at your location, you can self-ship the product using any reliable courier service after initiating the return request. Please ensure the product is unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with tags intact.
- The return courier charges will be reimbursed by us (please retain your courier receipt).
Return Confirmation & Unboxing Video Requirement
To process your return smoothly, Ritual Styles requires an unboxing video at the time you receive your product. This video should clearly show the product packaging being opened and the condition of the item inside.
Additionally, when requesting a return, please provide clear photos and a short video of the product’s current condition, highlighting any defects if applicable.
Returns submitted without an unboxing video and the required photos/videos for return confirmation may be delayed or rejected, as these help us verify the product’s condition at delivery and prevent fraudulent returns.

Refunds Policy
- Refunds will be initiated within 48 hours after the returned item is received and approved by our quality check team.
- It typically takes 3–5 working days for the refunded amount to reflect in your original payment method.
Refund for Self-Shipped Returns
If reverse pickup is not available and you self-ship the return:
- You must share the courier receipt with us.
- We will reimburse the shipping charges (up to a reasonable limit) along with your product refund.
- Reimbursement will be processed via bank transfer or store credit, as per your preference.
Refund Deductions
In some cases, partial refunds or deductions may apply if:
- The returned product shows signs of use or damage.
- Tags or original packaging are missing.
- The return is incomplete (e.g., part of a bundle is missing).
Cancellations & Refunds
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement or before dispatch — whichever is earlier.
- If the order is cancelled in time, a full refund will be processed within 3–5 working days.
