Payment Policy

Ritual style’s,  a company incorporated under the laws of India, having its registered office at 658,659,Katargam New GIDC, Fulpada Road, Surat, Gujarat, India, Pin Code : 395004, is a retail company which offers various retail solutions, including, through its website www.ritualstyles.com and its mobile and tablet applications (“Platforms”) various online lifestyle, fashion and electronics solutions, which inter alia facilitates the sale and purchase of electronics, and lifestyle and fashion merchandise (“Products”) by users of the Platforms (“Users”).

WHAT IS THIS FEES AND PAYMENTS POLICY?

What is this Fees and Payments Policy?

This fees and payments policy (“FPP Policy”), together with the terms of use describes Ritual Style’s accepted payment methods, and Ritual Style’s policies and procedures in relation to acceptance of fees and payments towards the services offered through the Platforms. Ritual Style’s aims to ensure that the Platforms are user-friendly and equipped with reasonably expected security infrastructure to protect any financial information shared by Users.

Users must peruse and understand the terms of this FPP Policy. If you do not agree to the terms, you should not accept the Terms of Use and this FPP Policy and may immediately leave and stop using the Platforms. You accept the terms in this FPP Policy without modification, and by doing so, you agree to be bound by them.

Fees and Payment Options

Ritual style’s does not levy any fee for browsing the Platforms. Ritual Style’s may, in future, consider levying fees on the Users for using the Platforms as a whole, or for use of certain features of the Platforms. In such an event, you agree to pay any such fees, as applicable. Ritual Style’s does not covenant or guarantee providing you with a notice prior to enforcing such a levy of fees. We will consider your continued usage of the Platforms after such a change in the fees as your acceptance of those changes.

In order to ensure User convenience, Ritual Style’s offers multiple payment options to Users. Ritual Style’s , without prior notice to Users, reserves the right to add or delete payment options from the ones listed below:

Payment through net banking facilities;
Through select credit cards;
Payment through select debit cards;
Payments through cash on delivery;
Payments through prepaid payment instruments and electronic wallets;
Payment through equated monthly instalments (“EMI”);
Any other payment option as may be provided by Ritual Style’s from time to time.

Ritual Style’s refers to the payment options above collectively as “Payment Options.” While we make reasonable efforts to offer Payment Options through varied banking channels, we currently accept payments only from major, select banking avenues. We have set out the list of banking channels from which we currently accept payments under the Frequently Asked Questions, which you can access here. Ritual Style’s does not accept payments made through international debit/credit cards.

It is expressly clarified that accepting a User’s payment through the Payment Options is solely at Ritual style’s discretion. Ritual style’s reserves the right to reject payment from a User through the Payment Options for any reason whatsoever. In order to further validate a User’s transaction, Ritual style’s may request the User to submit a copy of the User’s photo identity proof (such as the User’s PAN card), failing which, Ritual style’s reserves the right to reject a User’s payment made through the Payment Options.

While using the Payment Options, Users agree to provide correct, complete, and accurate financial information like card details. Users shall not use a credit/debit card or prepaid instrument that they do not lawfully own or authorize. The User shall solely be responsible for the security and confidentiality of his/her financial information. Ritual Style’s disclaims all liabilities that may arise as a consequence of any unauthorized use of the User’s financial information and/or identity, including, details relating the Payment Options.

Ritual Style’s shall not be held responsible and shall not assume any liability in respect of any loss or damage suffered by a User owing to:

a lack of authorization for any transaction, including such transactions carried out on gift cards and vouchers issued to Users as a part of Ritual Style’s promotions;

the exceeding of the credit/debit limit mutually agreed between the User and the issuing bank;

any payment issue arising out of technical glitches occurring during a transaction; or

a declination of transaction for reasons beyond Ritual style’s control.

Ritual style’s reserves the right to limit the number of transactions a User may undertake on the Platforms. If a User exceeds such limits, Ritual style’s may refuse to process those transactions. Additionally, Ritual style’s has the discretion to refuse processing transactions from Users with suspicious or questionable transaction histories.

In cases where Ritual Style’s doubts the credibility of a User or the legitimacy of a transaction, it may reject it. Ritual Style’s may choose to delay dispatch of purchased products or cancel the purchase at its discretion. The User acknowledges that Ritual Style’s will not bear liability for any damage, interest, or claims arising. This includes any consequences related to the rejection or delay in processing a transaction due to suspicious activity.

All Products listed on the Platform include applicable taxes. You are responsible for paying all fees, costs, and charges associated with purchasing Products from us. This includes, but does not limit, VAT/CST, service tax, GST, duties, and cesses.

Despite Ritual Style’s best efforts, there may be instances of mispricing of Products on the Platforms during purchase. While thorough verification processes are carried out before prices are published, errors or discrepancies may occur. To clarify, Ritual Style’s will take corrective actions if there is a price discrepancy between the actual and displayed price. These actions are outlined below for transparency.

If the maximum retail price of the Product delivered to the User is lower than the published price, the User must inform Ritual Style’s within 24 hours of receiving the Product. The User can contact Ritual Style’s by calling (+91) 99095 00073 or writing to info@ritualstyles.com, ensuring acknowledgment. Upon verifying the User’s claim, Ritual Style’s will refund the price difference into the User’s Ritual Style’s Wallet or bank account. The refund will be processed within 1 day from receiving the written notice from the User.

If the maximum retail price of the Product listed on the Platforms is higher than the published price and Ritual Style’s is not offering a discount, it may hold dispatch until the error is corrected. Ritual Style’s shall hold the dispatch of purchased Products until the error is rectified, and the User pays the difference.

To process such refunds, the User must email Ritual Style’s at info@ritualstyles.com. If the order’s initial payment method was ‘cash on delivery’, the User will receive a refund. Ritual Style’s may transfer the refund to the User’s source account used for the original payment if they made the payment via another Payment Option.

To enable Users to make payments for buying Products on the Platforms, the terms of the User’s bank apply. The User’s bank, financial institution, or card issuing association may decline or prevent electronic payments for Products. Ritual Style’s does not control these payments and shall not be held liable for any related issues.

Ritual Style’s may, from time to time, contract with third-party payment service providers, including banks, under Indian laws. RitualStyle’s will do this to facilitate payments between Users and other third parties on the Platforms. These third parties may include service providers like payment aggregators, prepaid instrument providers, and courier or logistic service providers. Upon successful delivery of the Products purchased by you, Ritual Style’s will initiate payments to third-party service providers.

If the User is informed that a charge has been created on their payment instrument(s), they must verify. The User must check if family members, friends, or business colleagues authorized the purchase of Product(s). If the User cannot identify the charge after checking, they may report it. The User must report the unauthorized purchase to Ritual Style’s within 30 days from the purchase date for investigation. Ritual Style’s will initiate an investigation upon receiving the report from the User regarding the unauthorized purchase.

he ‘cash on delivery’ Payment Option allows Users to make a cash-only payment at the time of delivery. Ritual Style’s delivery executive or logistic partner will collect payment from Users when they deliver the purchased Product. Currently, Ritual Style’s offers a maximum order value of INR 10,000 (Ten Thousand Rupees) under cash on delivery. Ritual Style’s reserves the right to exclude cash on delivery Payment Option for certain Products or locations specified by them. Some Products may not be eligible for cash on delivery, including those exceeding a specified value or location limits. Users must peruse and accept the terms set out under the Return and Refund Policy for cash on delivery.
