Will I Get Refund?

As soon as we receive the product, we will process your refund within 1-2 working days, as per our refund policy.

We will notify you through an e-mail confirming the transfer of credit to your account.

Anyone wishing to visit the store for a replacement will receive a credit note. It’s valid for 6 months.

When will I Get My Refund?

Upon successful submission of the return request and pick up of your product by our logistics partner, we will process the refund within 24 hours.

Deducation Of Delivery Charges From Refund Amount

When you’re returning an item that was damaged/ defective or due to any error normally we provide effortless reverse pickup facility to almost all major cities, but if in case your pincode is not serviceable for reverse pickup than you will have to self ship the product for which you will be compensated for return courier charges.

Exchange Only Option For All Products ( Wallet Refund Only )

Please note we have very reasonable prices for our products. For all our products, we would like you to exchange them. For all order values, we will only refund to Ritualstyle’s wallet, allowing you to easily purchase another product. Please note that wallet money expires in 3 months.
